Bloody Eye is a higher-end (purer/more powerful) form of Red Eye.

Red Eye was originally developed by an unknown military institute, for use on soldiers. The Inter Solar Systems Police (ISSP) considers it a high-priority/heavy-class substance, but is unable to get much of a hold on illegal leaking and marketing of the drug. As such Red Eye appears to be quickly becoming one of the largest commodities of the various criminal syndicates throughout the solar system. The high value of this drug has led many in the ISSP itself to steal vials from evidence for sale on the street. Red eye is also extraordinarily addictive because of it's powerful affects on human brain function.

Red Eye is applied as an aerosol directly into the user's eyes giving a periodic surge of superhuman reflexes and a slowed perception of time. Red eye works by increasing the speed at which nerve impulses from the the eye reach the brain and the speed at which that visual information is processed. This increased rate of perception makes things appear to be moving in slow motion making it easier to dodge attacks or even bullets. This leads the user to rely heavily on his sight as other sensations are processed at normal speed. This perceived time difference can cause the user to disassociate his aural and visual senses which in the sort term leads to nausea and balance problems and in the long term can lead to schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders.
