Sayaka Takeii is a woman few have seen, and fewer still have survived to tell of her. Her mind touched at an early age by what some refer to as faith, and others as madness, she is the spiritual leader and guiding force behind the Faith of the Almighty, a previously unknown deity with whom she often claims she has spoken.

Having previously and on numerous occasions served as the Commander or as a Lieutenant of the White Tiger Syndicate, her presence nonetheless remains elusive, despite her infamy. She currently maintains as low a profile as possible, no easy task with a price of over five hundred million wulongs upon her head, easily securing her status as the current most wanted in the Solar System.
